1. Introduction
Welcome to Beyond Eyewear. By accessing our website or mobile application and making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Order Placement & Prescription Accuracy
When ordering prescription eyewear, customers are responsible for providing valid and accurate optical prescription values. Beyond Eyewear dispenses custom lenses based strictly on the parameters submitted during checkout.
3. Order Cancellation Policy (24-Hour Window)
Cancellation Window: Once an order is placed, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement directly via our Track Order page or your customer account dashboard.
Revocation After 24 Hours: After 24 hours from order placement, the cancellation option is automatically revoked. Custom lens surfacing, cutting, and lab manufacturing commence immediately, and orders can no longer be cancelled or modified.
4. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in Seychelles Rupees (SCR) unless otherwise displayed. For online card payments, your card will be charged immediately upon authorization. In the event of an order cancellation within the allowed 24-hour window, any charged amounts will be refunded to your original payment method.
